As an applicant for the The BLK Brand’s brand ambassador program, we ask that you (“Brand Ambassador,” “you,” or similar terms) read the terms and conditions before completing the application. If you apply, you agree to each of our (“The BLK Brand,” “us,” “we,” or similar terms) terms listed below. The responsibility rests on you to understand any and all terms before participating in our Brand Ambassador program.
The BLK BRAND may routinely modify the terms of this Agreement by changing, adding to, or removing any part of our website, including any content listed below. At any time, we can alter this Agreement without prior notice to Brand Ambassadors and post the updated version on this site.
BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT
The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) set out the official terms of your participation in the BLK Brand’s Brand Ambassador program (the “Program”). The Program is owned and operated solely and the Brand Ambassadors are selected by The BLK Brand.
The basic requirements for participating in The BLK Brand’s Brand Ambassador Program.
- A Brand Ambassador must be over the age of 18 to participate.
- Brand Ambassadors must have at least 900 followers on their active public Instagram account with the majority of the audience being 18 to 35 years old. The BLK Brand reserves the right, at its discretion, to make exceptions from the aforementioned criteria for followers.
- In addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Brand Ambassadors must also act in compliance with all BLK Brand guidelines and Terms and Conditions.
The application process is fairly simple. Those interested must register on the our website by filling out all required information (e.g. your full name, email, Instagram name, etc) you must register [and submit] the application form available at our Brand Ambassador Dashboard to be considered. After you have submitted the form, The BLK Brand will review your application and decide whether you will be accepted as one of our Brand Ambassadors. The Brand Ambassador may opt out of marketing and promotional emails unless agreed upon otherwise.
The Program offers many benefits to Brand Ambassadors in exchange for the their promotion of the brand. Brand Ambassadors will create content that includes visuals of Be Like Kings products, which will be sent to the Brand Ambassador as a part of the Program.
Benefits are offered to Brand Ambassadors during the Program in exchange for a product promotion on the social media accounts of the Brand Ambassadors. The BLK Brand reserves the right to unilaterally change, as well as increase or limit the benefits Brand Ambassadors receive. Benefits may include:
- Free products
- Exclusive product bundles
- 10% discount
- Access to all Beta tests
- Up to 10% profit sharing on all referred customers
The fulfillment and shipping expenses of the free products and product bundles for Brand Ambassadors are expensed to and paid by the Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador may need to pay the relevant taxes & fees for his/her specific jurisdiction.
